KIDZONE is open from 3.10pm to 6pm on schooldays and from 9am to 6pm for part of the school holidays. There is also a Breakfast Club from 8am to 8.45am.

KIDZONE was established in October 2000, and aims to provide children with an enjoyable, safe and homely environment. It is a facility for children from Stamfordham First School and the surrounding middle schools, but other local children and children visiting the area can sometimes be accommodated too. KidZone is a charitable organisation (1082969) and is managed by a committee of parent volunteers.
KIDZONE is OFSTED inspected and a copy of the report is available on request.
KIDZONE provides a broad range of activities including board games, arts and crafts, pretend and imaginative play, reading, TV and videos and energetic outside games. Plus - there is always a chance to catch up with your homework.
Children are collected from their classrooms, taken to the KidZone area and booked in by the staff. Here they are encouraged to talk about their day, with juice and a biscuit provided, and newcomers are welcomed and helped to settle in. A small snack may be sent with your child if you wish. At the Breakfast Club breakfast is available at an additional charge.
